Friday Fill-Ins

1. Southern Illinois is my favorite place to travel to. It's not exotic or necessarily exciting there, but it is filled with memories and friends. It's home. Who doesn't love to travel home?

2. When I think about my childhood, I often remember hanging out with my friend Rita, sailing with my dad, decorating for the holidays with my mom, and spending summers in the Chicago area with my extended family.

3. Someone who is honest, loyal, and shares common interests makes for a good friend.

4. The wind in the trees, the rain on my skin, the sun on my face.

5. Life is so exciting! Embrace life!

6. My best friend knows all the dumb things I have done in my life, as well as how far I have come from those days. She loved me through my stupidity!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to attending a Ladies Night event at our church, tomorrow my plans include taking Josh to his t-ball game, as well as attending a cookout with our small group and Sunday, I want to go to church, relax at home, and possibly attend a friend's baby shower!
